Really good customer service when I called to ask questions about the product and delivery. They have a broad variety of arrangements and price points and delivery fee was very reasonable ($15 in Minneapolis). The recipient was very happy with the flowers and appreciated how beautiful it was. Looking forward to ordering from the Rose Shop in the future.
